BCSS CNE SPS creates and manage a compelling state of the art Software Development Flow and Development Environments for BCSS R&D. This enables BCSS R&D efficiency, simplicity and full compliancy when executing continuous design, development, integration, test, release, delivery and deployment of cloud native products (µ-services).

We are now looking for an experienced Lead System Architect to drive Security & Integrity architecture in our SPS Platform Engineering (PE) team. This role is critical in shaping secure, compliant, and robust PE experience and services for BCSS PDUs. You will be part of the PE team leading the development of next generation cloud native SW Development Flow realized as GPs and services. You will also empower BCSS PDUs developers to deliver compliant and secure quality solutions having great user experience and improved efficiency.

What you will do:

• Be part of shaping the future BCSS R&D software development experience
• Engage with PDUs software development teams, in the area of security and integrity, to identify opportunities for next generation SW Flow
• Define and drive best practice SW security and integrity architecture for PDUs product development. Part of Platform Engineering offering towards PDUs
• Define and drive AI integration in the security and integrity architecture and service offering towards PDUs
• Guide PDU adoption of best practices in SW Security, FOSS handling and secure CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Platform team to offer SW security and integrity as Golden Paths on Development Portal
• Lead initiatives in vulnerability management and compliance processes, leading improved SW Flow in this area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure design and implementation
• Act as a technical leader in security-related architecture decisions. Influence strategic decisions in SW security and integrity
• Collaborate with top technical experts in a dynamic environment

The skills you bring:

• Proven System Architect experience
• Expertise in Vulnerability Management
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or GitHub applied to vulnerability workflows
• Strong background in Cloud-Native development and Agile practices
• Knowledge of Automation and Platform Engineering
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Curious, collaborative, and empathetic - SW developers pain points in focus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative environment
• Collaborates by default and looks to work together rather than contend
• Plus: Experience applying AI/GenAI to security use cases
• Plus: Familiarity with FOSS Management and compliance processes
• Plus: Hands-on vulnerability scanning and remediation
