Your role
As a Sector Lead for Automotive you will be responsible for our client offerings, developing our key services, our go-to-market activities, and executing strategic plans to drive transformation in the automotive sector. You will be expected to build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients in the automotive industry and demonstrate operational leadership to deliver client-centric solutions with high quality to address their challenges. As a trusted advisor, you will offer insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices. You will be part of the management team within Management Consulting and report to Head of Management Consulting. The position is based at our office in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Your role

You will be part of the management team within Management Consulting and report to Head of Management Consulting. The position is based at our office in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.
Your focus in this role will be to:
- Develop and lead the service offering for KPMG's automotive clients
- Build strong business relationships and demonstrate operational leadership to deliver client-centric solutions with high quality
- Effectively manage the commercial and contractual aspects of an engagement to achieve expected levels of client satisfaction, quality, and profitability
- Identify new opportunities and develop them within our existing customer base
- Contribute to and/or be responsible for the preparation of quotations, and continue to develop knowledge and awareness of trends in the automotive sector, competitor activities, and products and services
- Coach, give constructive feedback, and train junior team members to support their development journey
- Be responsible for current framework agreements and assess and drive the work to win new ones
- Work closely with colleagues who are working within the automotive sector but in other service areas
To be successful in this role, you have;
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of Management Consulting experience mainly with focus on the automotive industry
- Proven track record of selling and leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of sales within the Automotive Sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
