About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join IT Corporate and our Corporate Data Enabler team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding our Agile development team towards delivering high-quality data products efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a servant leader for the development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies.


  • Ensure the team has the tools, the competence and the capacity to fulfill their objectives.


  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.


  • Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress.


  • Work closely with product owner and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it is ready for the upcoming sprints.


  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, encouraging open communication, trust, and respect among team members.


  • Track and report on key Agile metrics and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and delivery.

About the team

You will initially be supporting the Corporate Data Enabler team of professionals (6 data engineers, Solution Architect and PO) sitting in Bergshamra, Stockholm office. Over time you may also support other teams within the IT Corporate deliveries. You will also be part of the If agile operating model ceremonies to ensure alignment through the entire delivery. Although you are responsible for finalizing your task you are never alone, the team will always have your back and if any issues arise will come together to solve the issue to meet the goals. If you fail the team fail and if you succeed the team succeed .

Who are you?

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.


  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.


  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading Agile development teams in delivering software products.


  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.


  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders.


  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues and challenges in a proactive and constructive manner.


  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
