We're now seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead for (OTC) Order-To-Cash to take ownership of the design and implementation of Order-to-Cash solutions across our global enterprise. As a strategic partner to both business and IT, you'll ensure our SAP landscape empowers our omni-channel strategy, streamlines operations, and creates value every step of the way.

This is a complex, large-scale transformation replacing a diverse set of legacy systems. You'll work with leading-edge tech, a globally distributed team, and contribute to an initiative that currently focus on North America & Europe and will continue to the rest of the world.

About the Role

As SAP Solution Lead OTC, you'll be part of a team leading the transformation of our Order-to-Cash processes across global sales and distribution operations. You'll be instrumental in designing scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions that support everything from pre-sales to order management, delivery, billing, and reporting-ensuring these capabilities align with Husqvarna Group's evolving business strategy.

You will collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams to define a modern and efficient solution architecture, integrating master data, real-time analytics, and process automation. Working across regions and business units, you'll guide the standardization of sales operations and play a key role in change management, risk mitigation and strategic roadmap development.

This role combines hands-on solution leadership with big-picture thinking-enabling transformation at both operational and strategic levels.

Your Mission

Translate complex business needs into effective SAP OTC solutions

Shape and drive the digital sales roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy

Ensure requirements, solutions and documentation support quality implementation

Lead global stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Guide change and process harmonization in a fast-moving matrix environment

About You

With 15+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, you bring a wealth of knowledge across the full Order-to-Cash landscape. You've delivered transformation programs that span geographies, and you're comfortable leading both high-level design and detailed configuration in SAP S/4HANA.

You know the intricacies of order management, pre-sales, fulfillment, ATP/AATP, billing and master data. Your technical toolbox includes tools like BPMN, Solution Manager, and SAP analytics, and you understand ERP interdependencies from both a process and control perspective.

You're a confident communicator and a natural team leader, equally comfortable engaging with business leaders and diving deep with developers. You work with structure and clarity, and you never lose sight of the big picture: creating tangible business value through smart, scalable SAP design.

Location

This role can be located at any of our sites in Sweden (Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered).

The role includes traveling worldwide from time to time (when the business needs).
