This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Reporting to the Head of P2P Process Excellence & Digital Transformation (PEDT), you will act as the Digital Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead for ABB Robotics, with global responsibility for defining and executing the P2P digitalization roadmap. You will lead the deployment and continuous evolution of global P2P systems and tools, integrating advanced automation and AI-enabled capabilities to drive innovation, efficiency, and compliance. As line manager for the P2P Systems and Tools Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future P2P digital landscape during a period of significant transformation for the Robotics business.

The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid

The preferred location for the role is Sweden, Poland or India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Digital P2P Strategy & Roadmap: Lead P2P digital innovation for Robotics, supporting the Head of PEDT in defining, executing, and continuously refining the global P2P digitalization roadmap
• Program & Application Ownership: Manage digitalization initiatives end-to-end and act as business application owner for global P2P platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba SSS, SAP MDG-S), overseeing system lifecycle, enhancements, and change prioritization
• Systems Governance & Compliance: Own the system development roadmap, approve change requests, and ensure P2P applications support internal controls, compliance standards, and risk management requirements
• Change Management & Adoption: Drive global system adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and leadership of a global P2P key user community
• People Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop the P2P Systems and Tools Specialist and collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across regions

Qualifications for the role:

• Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including line management and ownership of complex digital or transformation programs
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay platforms and ERP environments (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or similar solutions, SAP MDG, and Invoice-to-Pay systems)
• Proven ability to lead global digitalization initiatives, combining strong program and project management skills with analytical rigor
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in multinational, cross-functional organizations
• Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation (e.g. CPSM, CSCP, PMP, MSP) are a strong advantage
