About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, iPPE, Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), and SAP APO/PP to lead solution design and implementation for a global automotive manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP solutions across multiple full-cycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP iPPE structures, including BOMs, routings, and line design.

Advise on SAP best practices for manufacturing applications within S/4HANA Enterprise Core.

Configure and integrate Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) for complex product structures.

Drive proof-of-concept activities for migrating legacy manufacturing systems to SAP APO.

Implement APO functionalities including Model Mix Planning (MMP), Rate-Based Planning (RPM), Sequencing, and Detailed Scheduling.

Create and manage iPPE data from external sources and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Core.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering, planning, and production processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

At least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations (ideally at least one in the automotive industry).

Proven expertise in:

SAP iPPE implementation and data model

Classical and iPPE BOM/Routing/Line Design

Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) for BOM & Routing

SAP APO - MMP, RPM, Sequencing, Detailed Scheduling

Experience integrating iPPE data with SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Core.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and discrete production planning.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Automotive industry experience.

Additional Requirements:

7+ years of work experience with SAP APO.

7+ years of work experience with SAP S/4HANA.

7+ years of work experience with SAP Variant Configuration.
