We are now looking for a SAP Functional Specialist with strong functional expertise and a genuine interest in combining business processes, technology, and change management.

About the role

As an SAP Functional Specialist, you will work across the entire SAP project lifecycle, from early analysis and requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, testing, go-live and continuous improvement. You bring a holistic view of the solution and take ownership of translating business needs into sustainable and scalable SAP solutions.

You will:

• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementations and transformation programs
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements
• Lead and facilitate workshops related to business processes, master data and integrations
• Be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of complex SAP Retail solutions
• Define and maintain architectural guidelines and solution designs
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, project managers and other specialists

The role requires both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills, as you will often act as the bridge between IT and the business.

We believe you have the following background

• 8-10 years of experience working with SAP, preferably in a consulting role within Retail
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-Retail Master Data
• Deep understanding of SAP Retail business processes and end-to-end flows
• Proven experience with master data solutions and complex system integrations
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, Event Mesh, Kafka, and Azure
• Experience integrating SAP with POS and e-commerce platforms
• Experience with SAP SD, MM, CRM, MDG, and/or SAP CAR is considered a strong advantage
• Experience with S/4HANA is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus
• Solid technical understanding with some experience in debugging and troubleshooting
