About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP EAM Functional Expert to join a team driving ongoing and upcoming S/4HANA transformation initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key subject matter expert within SAP Plant Maintenance, contributing to both implementation and migration activities across complex, multinational environments. You will be the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with S/4HANA best practices.

Responsibilities

Work with SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance within S/4HANA, supporting implementation and migration from ECC to S/4HANA

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications

Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend best practices aligned with S/4HANA capabilities

Configure SAP PM modules to meet business requirements and support custom solution implementations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, super users, and IT teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery

Manage master data, maintenance processes, and integrations between SAP PM and other SAP modules

Support blueprinting, testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure stable and efficient integration flows to and from SAP systems

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PM implementation or support roles

Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations and migrations

Solid practical experience with SAP Fiori applications

Strong understanding of standard processes in SAP PM and S/4HANA

Strong knowledge of integration flows to and from SAP, including SAP MM

Proficiency in writing blueprints and translating requirements into functional specifications

Ability to communicate clearly between business stakeholders and functional/technical teams

Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Meriting

Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and understanding custom code

Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects

Experience in agile teams following Scrum methodologies

Background in collaborating closely with developers, test teams, and business stakeholders in cross-functional setups
