We are a dedicated team of approximately 20 employees working closely together in an international environment.

As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our global sales and marketing activities.

The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key operational role in supporting both our sales and marketing functions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and contribute to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our brand presence globally.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys combining sales administration, customer contact, and marketing coordination in an international B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify potential distributors and partners globally

Initiate and manage outbound contact via email, phone and other channels

Take ownership of a portfolio of selected C-level customers

Register and manage orders in our ERP system (Pyramid)

Maintain and update the price database

Marketing

Maintain and provide minor development support within:

HubSpot

Social Media channels

Website content

Coordinate contacts with external partners and suppliers

Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials

Assist with SEM and SEO-related activities

Your Profile

We believe you are a structured and proactive person with a strong interest in sales and marketing in an international environment. You are comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

You likely have:

Education or experience within sales, marketing, or business administration

Strong communication skills and confidence in contacting customers and partners

Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Good system and digital skills (experience with CRM, ERP, CMS, or marketing platforms is a plus)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, for working with marketing materials is a plus

A structured working style with attention to detail

Experience from international B2B business, manufacturing companies, or working with distributors is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
