Do you want to work with sales of an established SaaS platform and be responsible for building Ungapped's business in the Danish market?

Ungapped is now looking for a Sales Executive who will take ownership of Denmark and help us expand our presence further.

This is a role for someone who enjoys winning new business, working in a structured way with their pipeline, and building long-term customer relationships.

About Ungapped
Ungapped is a Swedish platform for digital communication and marketing automation. For over 15 years, we have helped organizations communicate more effectively through email, SMS, surveys, event management, and automated customer journeys.

Today, more than 700 organizations use our platform.

We are particularly strong within municipalities and the public sector, membership organizations and associations, schools and universities, as well as housing companies and public housing providers.

Our platform brings multiple functions into one system, enabling organizations to replace several tools with a single solution.

We are around 25 employees and are based at United Spaces by Slussen in Stockholm.

The Role
As Sales Executive for Denmark, you are responsible for driving the entire sales process, from first contact to closed deal, in the Danish market.

You will work both with your own prospecting and with opportunities generated through inbound inquiries and our SDR team.

A typical sales process includes several steps where you:
• identify and contact new organizations in Denmark
• conduct discovery calls with decision-makers
• hold product demos and sales meetings
• prepare proposals and agreements
• follow up on deals and drive the process to closing

Deals vary in size and complexity and require a structured approach to follow-up and relationship building over time.

At Ungapped, salespeople work closely together and collaborate extensively within the team.

We share leads, give each other feedback, and support one another in developing deals.

You have a high degree of freedom in how you build your pipeline and how you approach the Danish market, but you are also expected to take full ownership of your deals and pipeline.

We work in a structured way in our systems and document all deals in our CRM.

What You Will Sell
Ungapped's platform is used by organizations that want to consolidate their digital communication into a single system.

Many customers today use multiple tools for things like:
• email campaigns
• surveys
• event management
• marketing automation

With Ungapped, these functions can be managed in one shared platform, simplifying both workflows and data protection.

Because we operate on Swedish servers and have a strong focus on GDPR, we are particularly attractive to organizations in the public sector and membership-based organizations.

Who We Think You Are
We believe you have a few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS.

You are used to managing deals from first contact to closing and thrive in a role where you both create new business opportunities and work with qualified leads.

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are fluent in Danish, as you will be working with customers across Denmark.

We believe that you:
• have at least 3-5 years of sales experience
• are used to working in a structured way in CRM systems
• are comfortable reaching out to new customers
• are persistent in follow-up and relationship building
• are very familiar with the Danish market and understand how business is conducted in Denmark.
• thrive in a team where people support each other's success
