CellMark is a long-term partner in complex and often volatile markets. Our Caustic Soda business in the Nordics is built on trust, market understanding, and strong relationships over time. We are now looking for a Sales & Market Developer who is curious about markets, motivated by responsibility, and ready to grow into a strategic commercial role.

Based at our headquarters in Gothenburg, you will join a small and experienced team, working closely with suppliers, customers, and market analysts.

About the Role

This role combines commercial execution, market analysis, and relationship management. You will work with Caustic Soda trading and gradually take on a broader role in shaping our business strategy.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and analytical, who sees value in building long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins. Someone who has a self leadership and seeks opportunities to develop rather than maintain. You see yourself as part of a team and believe results are built together.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Drive sales and market development, balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities based on market insights and analysis of trends and movements.
  • Contribute to the development of market analysis tools and CRM structures to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external partners, including regional travel to strengthen relationships and represent CellMark.
  • Act with integrity in negotiations and partnerships, representing CellMark as a reliable and professional counterpart.

Experience & Background
  • A Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar.
  • Around 3-5 years of experience from a commercial, customer-facing, or analytical role.
  • Strong interest in market analysis and commercial decision-making.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 30-40 days per year).
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office tools.
