You will be championing a risk awareness culture throughout the organization and be responsible for our loss prevention program for property risks and manage Ericsson global Property Damage and Business Interruption Insurance plan. You will be part of the global Insurance Risk Management function and report to the Head of Group Insurance Risk Management.

The main responsibilities include leading our proactive loss prevention and risk engineering program to assure outstanding risk management to reduce the risk to the business and drive the global first-party insurance programs.

We are a small global and distributed team why collaboration and an open demeanor is of great importance. You will have to be prepared to handle all sorts of matters, from sophisticated risk mitigation matters and claims discussions to more administrative tasks.

Duration: This is a temprorary role for 1 year (covering parental leave during 2026).

Preferred Location: Stockholm, Sweden.

Flexiblity: remote work accepted within EU time zones

What you will do

• Proactively plan, drive, and follow up our risk management program for property risks.
• Manage and administrate Ericsson property & business interruption insurance.
• Ensure insurance exposure data are collected for all Ericsson sites on an annual basis with the support of the insurance risk management operations team.
• Review the above collection process to simplify and digitalize the collection of values.
• Liaise with external risk engineers, brokers, insurance companies and third-party service providers.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including supply, operations, legal, real estate, and sourcing, etc.
• Identify and analyze potential risks and adopt insurance coverage accordingly.
• Manage large and complex insurance claims when/if they occur; support and assist insurance risk management operations with claims when needed.

You will bring

• Experience in leading projects.
• Experience of working with risk management, loss prevention and/or insurance.
• Strong negotiations skills and ability to influence.
• Experience from Ericsson with adjacent topics such as Supply, Real Estate or Finance would also be considered.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in insurance claims management would be an advantage.
• Administrative skills with attention to details as well as strategic thinking.
• And last, but not least; perseverance and passion to relentlessly drive risk management and loss prevention.
