Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative within the healthcare domain. The project focuses on modernizing collaboration architecture and enhancing information exchange infrastructure across healthcare stakeholders.

This includes transitioning from legacy SOAP-based integrations to modern frameworks leveraging REST APIs, FHIR standards, and the development of an advanced collaboration platform. The role is critical in ensuring that business and system requirements are clearly defined, structured, and aligned with both architectural goals and implementation needs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, interpret, and evaluate business needs from internal stakeholders, architects, and external partners.

Develop and document both functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.

Organize requirements into structured formats such as epics, features, and user stories.

Maintain traceability between business objectives, architectural design, and technical implementation.

Collaborate with enterprise, solution, and information architects to align requirements with API platforms, integration models, and security frameworks.

Contribute to the development of requirement models, process flows, and information/data models.

Facilitate and actively participate in workshops involving internal teams, regions, and external authorities.

Support backlog management activities, including prioritization and refinement in coordination with product owners and project leadership.

Assist in preparing requirement documentation for procurement processes and platform implementation initiatives.

Ensure accurate and consistent documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements analysis within complex IT environments.

Proven track record of working on large-scale IT projects or transformation programs.

Experience with API-driven integrations and backend system requirements.

Strong expertise in defining both functional and non-functional requirements.

Experience collaborating across multiple organizations or stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability in conducting workshops and performing detailed needs analysis.

Capability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas, including leading smaller workstreams where required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Required Skills

Requirements analysis and documentation

Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation

Understanding of API-based architectures and system integrations

Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of healthcare IT ecosystems

Experience with national or large-scale service platforms

Familiarity with standards such as FHIR, HL7, OpenAPI

Experience with API management platforms

Background in information architecture or data modeling

Experience working within the public sector

Understanding of API security frameworks (OAuth2, certificates, identity management)

Experience with NMI-classified systems in healthcare IT

Language Requirement

Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken)

Additional Requirements

Swedish citizenship is mandatory and must be clearly mentioned in the CV.

All required competencies must be explicitly highlighted in the CV, along with justification referencing relevant experience (as per the competence matrix).

Additional Information

The consultant is expected to work onsite at the client's office in Stockholm at least three days per week, with remote work flexibility as agreed.

The assignment is full-time and may be adjusted in scope during the contract period.

Extension possibility: Up to 6 months, subject to the client's discretion with prior notice.

Job Mode: Hybrid (25% Remote / Minimum 3 days onsite per week)
