Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside talented, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll make a significant impact by ensuring the safety and reliability of our systems during both the project execution phase and post-delivery operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, such as engineering, project management, and customer safety teams, to deliver high-quality safety and reliability solutions, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of handling safety and reliability requirements, preparing technical safety and reliability reports and hazard logs, but also coordinate reliability and safety analyses during tenders and project execution phases.
We'll look to you for:
- Making reliability and safety analyses during project execution phases and participating in activities post-delivery (gathering field data and performing reliability growth analyses)
- Participating in tenders by conducting reliability and safety analyses and reviewing customer requirement specifications
- Preparing technical safety reports
- Preparing and closing the Hazard Log, registering and mitigating risks
- Collecting and generating evidence to demonstrate compliance with required safety standards
- Validating traceability between requirements and respective evidence to ensure the system meets its design specifications
All about you

- Graduate in Engineering (Industrial/IT/Telecom/Electronics Engineering or similar), or 5 years of work experience in the RAMS domain
- Experience in the railway industry and RAMS (minimum 5 years)
- Specialized or cross-functional knowledge of company main procedures (or similar from other organizations)
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
- Experience working at Alstom is a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
