Senior Radio Manual Test Engineer responsible for overall radio quality, performance metrics, and compliance with regional broadcasting standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in radio, infotainment, or multimedia testing

Strong understanding of FM/DAB technologies

Experience with performance and UX validation

Advanced log analysis skills

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Job responsibilities

Own radio testing strategy and coverage

Validate complex handover scenarios (FM↔DAB, DAB↔DAB)

Analyze system behavior during signal degradation and recovery

Define performance KPIs (switching time, audio interruptions)

Ensure compliance with regional broadcasting standards

Support integration testing with navigation, Bluetooth, and OTA updates

Mentor team members and review test results
