About the Assignment

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Partner/Coach with a strong delivery background to help make quality assurance a practical, adopted part of day-to-day delivery. You will work across governance and delivery teams to embed QA principles into agile ways of working, development and integration workflows, and vendor delivery models-ensuring quality processes are followed and create real value.

Job DescriptionEmbed QA principles into agile ceremonies, development practices, and integration workflows

Bridge governance and delivery teams to align expectations and ways of working

Influence and support vendor delivery models to strengthen quality outcomes

Coach teams in risk-based thinking and early quality checks

Support teams in dependency management and integration readiness

Conduct quality readiness reviews and go-live quality assessments

Establish post-release quality feedback loops to drive continuous improvement

Act as a quality advocate within programs and ensure agreed processes are used

RequirementsExperience working hands-on with quality assurance in delivery contexts

Strong delivery background within development, integration, or architecture

Ability to embed QA practices into agile ways of working and delivery workflows

Experience coaching teams on risk-based thinking and proactive quality approaches

Fluent in English
