Position

Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic

Project Sales & Key Account Manager - Västra Götaland

-Location: Göteborg Region -

As Project Sales & Key Account Manager, you will focus on investors, architects, and specifiers in the Västra Götaland region. Your primary goal (80%) will be to secure specifications for our premium flooring solutions and collaborate with flooring contractors to win construction projects. Additionally (20%), you will manage key Swedish accounts in flooring wholesale and distribution to ensure product availability and support non-contract sales.

Your role:
  • Acquire, develop, and manage customers in Västra Götaland to win specifications and achieve regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong networks with architects, local authorities, project developers, flooring contractors, and other decision-makers
  • Manage key distributors and wholesalers on a national level, incl. pricing negotiations, offer definition and technical support.
  • Consistently follow up on projects and specification processes, including documentation and CRM tracking
  • Conduct market research on competition, distribution channels, product trends, and standards
  • Organize and participate in customer events and trade shows


Requirements

  • 3+ years working experience in a comparable sales role, i.e. in specification sales and long term business with multi stakeholder decision makers
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong talent for new customer acquisition
  • The flexibility to quickly to adapt to different people and management levels
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent command of Swedish and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally across Sweden
