Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and active teammates.
You'llrepresent quality in the project team. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (quality, project management),support the Project Team, to ensure the project Safety and Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project.
We'll look to you to:
- Define and Implement Quality Plans
Establish the Project Quality Plan and ensure its effective application during contract execution, in line with contractual requirements and Alstom processes. - Support Project Governance
Assist project teams and the Project Manager in preparing for gate reviews and follow up on related action plans. - Act as a Stability Anchor
Provide calm, structured guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to the Alstom Development Process. - Ensure Project & Product Maturity
Monitor and secure the required maturity levels at the right stages of the project. - Manage Change Quality
Guarantee the quality of all changes implemented during the project. - Capture and Share Lessons Learned
Drive the return-of-experience process within the project to foster continuous improvement. - Handle Non-Conformities & Safety Issues
Manage non-conformities and safety concerns, facilitating effective problem-solving during project execution.
All about you

- Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
- Solid experience in Project Management in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with Quality and problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of railway industry standards is a plus.
- English is mandatory; French and Swedish are an advantage.
- Experience in Quality audits is appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness, ensuring transparency and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to build strong relationships based on trust, fostering a positive and cooperative project environment.
