Assignment Overview

We are looking for a senior Project Supplier Quality Manager

What You Will Work On

Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and internal project teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external system suppliers.

Develop, implement, and follow up on supplier surveillance and monitoring plans to mitigate project risks.

Evaluate supplier capabilities against specific project and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and schedule inspections with suppliers, customers, and internal quality representatives.

Secure compliance with international and project-specific standards across global deliveries.

Collect, review, and validate supplier quality documentation, including:

Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Certificates and declarations

Compliance documentation

Support responsible Project Quality Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive project quality plans.

Ensure quality alignment across complex industrial supply chains.

What You Bring

Minimum 10 years of experience within supplier quality, manufacturing, or industrial operations.

Background in rotating equipment, boilers, process industry, or welding-related production.

Solid understanding of manufacturing and project processes.

Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards such as:

CE marking

PED

SS-EN 1090

ISO 3834

LVD

Ability to interpret technical standards and customer specifications.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
