Job Description - R&D Turbine Development

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Project Manager to join our R&D department focused on turbine development in Finspång. In this role, you will lead cross-functional development projects and play a key role in driving technical progress and ensuring successful project execution in terms of scope, quality, and timeline.

Responsibilites: Lead and coordinate development projects within turbine R&D.

• Ensure project goals are met through effective planning, follow-up, and communication. • Collaborate with experts in design, analysis, materials, and manufacturing to gather input and drive progress. • Report project status to stakeholders and management.Qualifications Proven experience in project management within a technical or R&D environment.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning .
