Description

-Own and run the project office; meaning owning processes and drive continues improvements. Includes training others (PL) and interact with sales.

- Quality assurance of projects, make sure other project managers do what they are supposed to. Follow up the projects within Jeeves, reporting to the Services management team on a monthly basis.

-Lead new implementations of Jeeves ERP and other large projects (upgrades and improvement projects). (Larger projects greater than 500 hours).

- Ensure compliance with the Jeeves project model (based on a methodology PPS - Practical Project Management)
- Manage own project budget within given framework.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Requirements for post-secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience.

- 3 years my project management experience.
- Requirements for ERP experience. Used to working with business system implementations or other change projects.
- Good operational understanding within one of our focus areas (SCM, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, finance).
- Merited if certified project manager.
- Meritorious business development.
- Swedish and English.

- Good communicator and persuasive - get others on board.
- Business acumen.
- Driven.
- A bit tough, dare to negotiate and take an argument.
- Structured, orderly.
