About the Assignment
An organization undergoing significant digital transformation is looking for a project manager to lead and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As part of a broader cybersecurity effort, the focus is on aligning IAM engineering processes with internationally recognized ISO standards to ensure secure and reliable user experiences across digital platforms.
Assignment Description
This role involves driving the implementation and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities in close collaboration with multiple teams across the organization. The consultant will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure timely delivery through agile project methodologies. Responsibilities include planning and executing roadmaps, defining relevant KPIs based on industry standards, and integrating efforts within a scaled agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and maturity of IAM-related initiatives in line with ISO requirements
Coordinate across business functions to ensure a consistent and secure implementation
Develop agile project plans, manage delivery timelines, and facilitate ceremonies
Define and track KPIs to monitor progress and impact
Produce and maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, and system updates
Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the delivery process
Desired Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex cross-team IT/security projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep understanding of IAM and IGA frameworks, ideally with experience in their delivery and maintenance
Hands-on experience working within agile environments and participating in related ceremonies
Familiarity with digital user journeys, particularly across web and mobile platforms
General knowledge of cybersecurity principles, especially in IAM contexts
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Details
Scope: Full-time
Duration: Initial 3-month engagement with possibility of extension
Remote Work: Up to 50% remote allowed
