Step into a key role where you'll lead high-impact projects from day one. As a Project Manager within the Nordic organization, you'll take full ownership of sold projects-from initial planning through to successful handover. You'll be the driving force across all phases, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll assess risks, keep stakeholders informed, and foster strong, lasting relationships with customers from pre-study to completion. Your ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution will help deliver smart, cost-effective solutions that serve both our customers and Getinge's long-term goals.
Once a project is handed over from the sales team, it's your time to lead. You'll take charge, make key decisions within Getinge's framework, and steer the project through to final delivery-always with full support from your manager. - Evaluate risks and keep the steering group updated on progress.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams, sharing technical insights.
- Support customer visits by providing product and installation expertise.

You will bring
To thrive in this role, we believe you bring a solid mix of experience, skills, and mindset:
- A university degree in economics or technology
- Proven experience leading projects as a project manager
- Fluency in English and the local language where you're based
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite
- A collaborative spirit and sharp coordination skills
- A results-driven approach with a focus on execution
