Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead investigations and industrialization projects in assembly, testing, and verification

Build and manage project teams; plan, coordinate, and follow up on resources, budgets, and schedules

Implement and prepare equipment and processes for production

Manage procurements and supplier coordination related to projects

Conduct risk assessments and mitigation measures

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Maintain structure and drive progress in projects despite ambiguity

Solve technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Proven project management experience

Experience in production or industrial processes is an advantage

Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written

2-5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Flexible, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced, changing environments

Engaged, motivated, and able to lead self and others effectively
