In Brief

We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenProgram Managerto lead large-scale cloud transformation initiatives within Amdocs. This role is critical in driving complex, multi-vendor programs across the Nordic region, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and strategic execution.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering a major cloud transformation program, building on Amdocs' work with Hutchison/3-marking the first full Amdocs CEP transformation deal across the full technology stack, including Azure and Microsoft Dynamics.

What will your job look like?

• Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs within Amdocs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Drive a major cloud transformation initiative, leveraging experience from complex programs such as Hutchison/3.
• Manage cross-vendor delivery across Sweden and Denmark, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
• Provide matrix leadership to approximately 100 team members, including Amdocs employees and regional vendor partners.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, budgeting, and delivery timelines.
• Champion best practices in cloud adoption, particularly within Azure-based environments.

All you need is...

• Proven experience leading major transformation programs within Amdocs.
• Hands-on involvement in large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, ideally including the Hutchison/3 program or similar.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with a heavy preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and deliver successful outcomes.

• Experience with C1/D1 systems is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
