HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy that has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage circuit breakers for power systems in both AC and DC power. The high-voltage circuit breaker is an essential part of a reliable and energy-efficient power system.

How you will influence

As a department manager, you will work with committed people who want and try to improve their work every day

Be responsible for driving the department's improvement work as well as budget and personnel responsibility

Varied work with different areas of responsibility and tasks where the focus is to complete and deliver products to our global customers

You share Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and business operations

Your background

You have a relevant education or adequate work experience, preferably with some knowledge of high-voltage products

You have leadership skills and the ability to build a common vision, as well as coach others to success by attending leadership close to the work group

You are innovative, have a strong desire to improve and the ability to motivate others

It is important that you can handle change with energy, joy and commitment

You are quality- and result-focused with good communication skills and a flexible holistic view
