You have strong analytical skills and enjoy collecting, evaluating, and drawing conclusions from data. You are also collaborative and able to share knowledge effectively within the organization.

What can we offer?

We enjoy doing things together and strive for a good mix of work and leisure. This may include after-work gatherings, events, training activities, ski trips, or inspirational lectures. We have shared many exciting trips, and in September 2024 we returned from South Africa(!) where we celebrated 10 years as a consultancy!

Professional development has always been important to us. In addition to development opportunities within your consultancy assignments and various technical trainings, we offer internal programs for personal growth.

We also believe that autonomy, participation, and influence create the motivation needed for you to achieve your personal goals. Our employees choose to work with us because we share this view on careers, the future, and life in general. With us, who you are is as important as what you do. Our ambition is to create an environment that allows you to grow and develop into something great together with our clients.

We are the small company within the larger Sigma, consisting of several companies in different technical competency areas. Today, we have over 5,000 employees and operate in 14 countries, making us Sweden's largest privately-owned consulting group.

We look forward to your application!
