About us
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Product Specialist in Family Care with a special focus on procurements. We are a global team of professionals dedicated to providing products and services to various sectors, from intensive care to laboratory and social services. In addition to working closely with our customers, we also have our own products that we build and develop for different areas of society. From enabling users to spend more valuable time with their users to providing data for professionals to achieve even better results, we make it all possible. About the role
As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in our product team, and you will primarily work with procurements within Individual and Family Care together with product owners and procurement teams. You will also work with sales-related tasks, hold tender viewings, demos and customer meetings, be active and evaluate requirements in procurements, produce marketing material and other documentation. In the daily work, you will act as sales support and support our product owners. You may also be hosting and participating user meetings and other events.
The role as a product specialist also includes keeping up to date with laws and regulations that govern the work of the area. You are part of our product team and will be an important player when it comes to input from our customers to ensure that the right functionality is developed at the right time and presented in the best way.
The work also includes conducting investigations in the area of Family Care. You monitor trends in the field and work closely with colleagues in the product team with the goal of transforming our customers' needs into the market's best solutions. We are currently the market leader in the field, and this is a position that we intend to maintain in the future.
We are looking for you that
- Has experience with Lifecare/Procapita IFO and preferably Labor Market.
- Is Swedish fluent in speech and text
- Loves to be on stage and talk to customers
- Is communicative and has the ability to collaborate across different functions.
- Are driven, self-motivated and have the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Has experience and good knowledge of how Swedish municipal operations are run and organized.
- Is outgoing and enjoys learning new things and has a genuine interest in the field of social services.
- The role includes travel, especially in Sweden.
You are responsive and open to other people's solutions and experiences and have the courage to stand up for your opinions in a constructive way. You are a committed and open team player who loves to drive things forward and provide high service to our customers. You have the ability to be active in discussions when it comes to talking about system solutions, integrations and solutions with our customers in the social services and with the municipalities' IT departments.
You are good at expressing yourself in writing and in meetings with our customers and colleagues. You have good language skills (Swedish and English), both spoken and written. You also have a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize and drive your work independently.
As a person, you are a thorough, good communicator with a positive attitude and a sense of collaboration. You have an ability to find opportunities and solutions to different challenges with a good eye for how we can grow our existing business.
