We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between development, publishing, and players.
In this role, you'll turn game roadmaps into clear, engaging marketing and communication plans. You'll work closely with developers, content creators, social & community teams, and external partners to ensure every update, campaign, and seasonal beat is aligned, well-coordinated, and lands with impact. You are comfortable leading, but also can find yourself in execution.
You'll shape how we talk about the game, making sure messaging is clear, consistent, and grounded in the player experience, while keeping stakeholders aligned across teams and regions.
At Arrowhead, a Product Marketing Manager combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You bring clarity to complexity, align teams around a shared narrative, and continuously improve how we communicate based on data and player feedback.
Who you are:
- Experienced in product marketing, ideally within games or entertainment
- Skilled at turning complex product details into clear, player-facing messaging
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, community teams, and partners
- Strong communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in campaign planning for live service or evolving products
- Data-informed, with experience in analysis and post-mortems
- Passionate about player behavior, communities, and social platforms
What you'll do
- Translate roadmaps into clear communication and marketing plans
- Define and drive product messaging across social and community channels
- Plan and execute campaigns for major updates and game beats
- Align internal teams and external partners with global marketing strategies
- Coordinate social & community, content, and production efforts to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Enable teams to create engaging, on-brand content
- Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into improvements
- Own marketing and communication timelines and reporting
- Evaluate and analyses success

Practical Information
Scope:Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period.
Location:Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligble to work in Sweden
We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find cute dogs and occasionally some cats around.
