About the Role
As Product Manager, you will be the key architect behind the success of our product portfolio-gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring every product meets the highest clinical standards and achieves commercial impact. You'll collaborate with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and sales to deliver impactful solutions in the dental market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, product launches, sales support tools, forecasting & budgets.
- Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" in product development, ensuring market needs are identified, validated, and prioritized.
- Work closely with the President, Sales & Marketing to drive commercial initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Operations to deliver accurate forecasting aligned with customer demand.
- Support Clinical & Regulatory Affairs in preparing MDR/FDA-compliant technical files (CERs, PMS, risk management) and represent the company in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and identify unmet needs to inform commercial strategy.
- Contribute to branding and positioning throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor policy and competitive changes that impact product strategy and access.
- Lead cross-functional project teams (R&D, Clinical, Sales, Customer Service, Regulatory, etc.) for seamless execution from concept to launch.
- Build strategic external partnerships and manage vendor performance to align with budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate on KOL engagement and publication planning.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation in line with company values.
Performance Measurements
- Achievement of annual budget targets for key brands
- Year-over-year sales and market share growth
- Successful execution of launch milestones and strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally with knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory-driven environments.
- Minimum of 5 years in product management, marketing, R&D, or sales within medtech.
- Solid understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and MDR 2017/745.
- Proven ability to manage products from concept through commercialization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a talent for turning technical insights into business opportunities.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to drive cross-functional projects independently.
