Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering-related product and logistics changes from initial planning through final implementation. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and strong communication skills to drive successful project execution in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engineering-related product and logistics changes from planning to implementation
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and technical specifications
• Ensure smooth execution through testing, installation, and verification phases
• Manage smaller projects independently or oversee specific parts of larger initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to secure product handling and logistics performance
• Monitor project performance and drive issue resolution proactively
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Build strong internal networks to support project success and organizational learning

Profile Requirement

Professional Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in product development, logistics, or engineering environments
• Academic background in engineering, logistics, or technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience working with cross-functional development projects
• Background in product development or technical project management

Technical & Project Skills:

• Ability to manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk handling
• Understanding of product structures, manufacturing processes, and logistics flows
• Capable of monitoring project performance and driving timely issue resolution
• Familiarity with engineering standards and technical documentation
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently with general supervision while maintaining team collaboration
• Good stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail
• Curious mindset and willingness to build expertise networks across the organization
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities
