We are looking for a driven Product Developer with a strong fashion sensibility, you enjoy working at a fast pace, planning seasonal strategies for base jersey while developing eye-catching fancy styles. You are comfortable handling multiple seasons simultaneously and driving several parallel development processes.

This is a full-time temporary role, based at our HQ in Stockholm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will be responsible for developing jersey products for the young boy segment, from initial concept through production. You will work with multiple seasons at the same time and play a key role in shaping a strong, commercial, and trend-relevant jersey assortment. You will define and execute both short- and long-term strategies for your category, ensuring alignment with our overall assortment goals.

You will work closely with a product manager, planner, designer and pattern maker, and partner with our production team to bring each piece to life with the right quality, fit and feel.

You'll take ideas from concept to final product, driving development forward and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

You will report to Assortment Manager for Kids Collection Boys.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience from a similar role as Product Developer
• Education in Textiles, Buying or Product Development
• Proven track record in creating strong and commercially relevant products, with excellent fashion sense
• A keen eye for current fashion trends and strong fashion intelligence
• A deep passion for products and product development
• Extensive material knowledge
• Driven, structured and proactive in taking initiative
• Strong salesmanship and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude
• Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and efficient solutions
