About the Role
As a Product Designer at SeenThis, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class media and advertising tech. You'll take ownership of the user experience and interface design for parts of our product suite, working closely with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to move ideas from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with the Product Design Lead, receiving regular feedback and support while owning day-to-day design decisions within your product area.

You're comfortable working across research, UX, and UI, and curious about how AI can be integrated into the product development cycle and our products. We expect you to operate with a high degree of autonomy, take responsibility for your work, and help raise the overall quality and consistency of our product offering. Beyond your immediate team, you'll help evolve our design system and play an important role in growing a strong design culture at SeenThis.
Main responsibilities

• Own and design user flows, interactions, and interfaces within your product area
• Turn complex problems and early ideas into clear, high-quality product experiences
• Work closely and hands-on with engineers and PMs to ensure strong outcomes
• Use Figma and AI tools to design, document, and iterate quickly and effectively
• Contribute to, maintain, and help evolve our design system as the product grows
• Champion clarity, consistency, and craft across our product experience
  

Qualifications

• You have a few years experience designing complex digital products end-to-end
• You can show a portfolio with shipped work that demonstrates clear thinking and problem solving
• You have strong UX foundations combined with polished UI and attention to detail
• You're comfortable collaborating closely with product and engineering partners
• You're curious about how new technologies, including AI, influence user behavior, workflows, and design practices
• You enjoy working in evolving environments and taking responsibility for improving both products and processes
