Are you a data expert who understands the technical complexity of heavy machinery but prioritizes the bottom-line result?
We're looking for aProduct Data Analystwho can turn complex technical data into a winning sales narrative. If you're an Excel/PowerBI wizard with an engineering or finance background and a passion for optimizing product performance, this is your chance to own TCO analytics end-to-end. You'll play a critical role in our data-driven evolution, helping us and our customers transition to a more efficient, electric future.
What are your key responsibilities:
- TCO Modeling & Sales Support: Build and own the global TCO calculation tools. You'll quantify the transition from Internal Combustion (IC) to Electric (Eco) fleets, helping customers visualize their return on investment.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor global market factors (labor costs, carbon taxes, energy prices) and maintain a database of competitor benchmarking to ensure our offering remains superior.
- Product Lifecycle Analytics: Partner with Finance and Service to analyze profitability from launch to decommissioning. You'll identify underperforming products and propose portfolio optimizations.
- Machine Data Insights: Collaborate with the Digitalization team to analyze customer machine data, gaining a deep understanding of how to improve future product offerings.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Translate complex data sets into "ready-to-decide" reports and PowerBI dashboards for management and commercial leaders.
- Data Governance: Build and maintain robust data models and reporting templates to ensure accuracy and traceability across all product metrics.

What you bring to the role:
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills are essential. You should be comfortable building data visualizations and managing data models.
- The "Commercial Engineer" Mindset: You understand technical product complexity but are fundamentally driven by bottom-line results and commercial success.
- Communication: A talent for storytelling - you can explain the "why" behind the numbers to both technical project managers and executive stakeholders.
- Project Ownership: Ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end, from defining data requirements to delivering strategic recommendations.
