We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our Business Line Neuro Solutions. This role will work closely with the project teams and the Elekta's procurement community to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Elekta's policies. You'll manage high-value sourcing activities, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure compliance while supporting on-time delivery and sustainability goals.

The responsibilities are:

• Develop and manage procurement strategies throughout the rail project lifecycle.
• Participating in the selection and follow up of suppliers in compliance with Elekta sourcing process.
• Negotiate agreements that meet lead time, quality, sustainability, delivery and cost-saving targets.
• Responsible for the commercial agreements with our suppliers.
• To manage, develop and improve sourcing strategies, suppliers' performance and agreements.
• To continuously develop suppliers to improve their service.
• To maintain all system parameters and data integrity for procurement system.
• To work closely with the key stakeholders and to develop effective cost reduction and efficiency through implementation of business plans.
• To participate in the product creation process to ensure supplier involvement and to meet cost targets.

Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies:

• Master's degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least five years of experience in an international Production and Supply setting with key skills and knowledge in Purchasing & Contracting, ideally for direct materials and in a regulated industry.
• Advanced negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and contract law.
• Senior-level procurement experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven track record of delivering savings and managing complex, high-value tenders.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel/clientele/suppliers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Well-developed IT skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Passion for reducing costs, exhibits high energy and enthusiasm and willingness to learn new approaches.
• International travel ~10%
