Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Lead Developer

What You Will Work On

Lead and execute the end-to-end development of a brand-new product

Work hands-on across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure

Own architecture design and key technical decisions

Build, test, and release features at high speed ("ship fast")

Collaborate closely with founders and a small, dedicated product team

Integrate AI-assisted development as a core part of the workflow

Ensure the solution is production-ready and scalable for real users

Take full technical ownership from concept to launch

What You Bring

Extensive fullstack development experience, from idea to production

Proven track record of delivering live products in production environments

Strong expertise in architecture design and technical decision-making

Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

Comfortable working in environments with high uncertainty and rapid change

Hands-on, established experience with AI-assisted development (mandatory)

Ability to take technical leadership and make independent decisions
