About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Digital Consultant to join our client's team in the automotive industry. You will work within the Foundational Products unit, driving strategic and cross-functional special digital projects with executive visibility and operational importance. This role requires strong strategic thinking, financial and portfolio management expertise, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute special digital projects from problem definition to solution delivery and outcome communication.
Translate complex insights into clear, compelling stories and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Work closely with leadership to support internal strategies and ensure alignment across departments.
Coordinate and communicate project activities to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Handle ad-hoc tasks proactively and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Design and conduct internal surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
Manage portfolio and financial tracking across Digital & IT to support successful delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to present at all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Skilled in portfolio and financial management.
Proficient in data-driven decision making.
Solid understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
Highly organized, structured, and capable of multitasking.
Language Requirements
English - Fluent, both written and spoken (required)
