Key Responsibilities

Technology & Innovation

Drive adoption of modern data technologies defined by the central platform team.

Promote innovation within the logistics and manufacturing operations domain.

Mentorship & Leadership

Provide technical guidance to architects, engineers, and modelers.

Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented culture within the data organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead cross-functional initiatives to align data architecture standards across engineering, analytics, and development teams.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Extensive experience as a data architect in enterprise environments

Deep knowledge of Azure Data Services, including:

Azure Data Factory

Azure Synapse Analytics

Azure Databricks

Azure Data Lake

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions

Strong skills in strategic thinking and change management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Structured, analytical, and proactive mindset

Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Empathetic and collaborative team player with leadership qualities
