The DBS Team is looking for an Intern. The Intern will be part of the DBS Team for a 8 weeksperiod and will work with continuous improvements through DBS.

This position reports to the DBS Director and is part of the DBS Team Operations in Uppsala.

What you will do:

• Identify opportunities of improvements through the DBS Toolkit.

• Support Kaizen events in Pre-work, Execution and Sustainment Phase.

• Improve the internal processes within the DBS Team.

Who you are:

• An open-minded problem solver with a solid Lean background.

• A team player who has a bias for action in a hands-on environment.

• Fluent in English with Swedish as your mother tongue.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Leadership skills in an advantage in the cross functional Kaizen event process.
