About the role

We are looking for a PR& Communications Lead to strengthen our Group MarCom team in Stockholm.This is a key role in shaping Ework's external presence and brand narrative asa leading talent partner in Europe.
You will design and leadimpactful PR campaigns, develop strong media relations, and drive strategicinitiatives to increase Ework's visibility among clients, partners,consultants, employees, and investors. The role combines hands-on contentcreation with strategic communication and project management, covering all ourEuropean markets.

Keyresponsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communication initiatives to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets.
• Create compelling, high-quality content across formats (text, image, audio, video) aligned with Ework's brand and strategy.
• Together with the Chief Communications Officer, design and execute Thought Leadership initiatives and position Ework as a go-to industry voice.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal communications and employer branding, to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide communications support across all local markets and contribute to Ework's expansion into new regions.
• Manage and own projects from idea to execution, including events, webinars, and sales support initiatives.

Who you are

• An excellent communicator, fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive with a strong ability to build relationships across teams and markets.
• Strategic yet hands-on, with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable adapting to change and navigating a growing, entrepreneurial company culture.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or similar field.
• 5-7 years of experience in PR and external communications, preferably in a B2B context.
• Solid understanding of the media landscape and proven track record in developing and executing PR strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant tools for content creation, CMS/web, and AI-supported communication.

Nice to have
Established network of B2B journalists and media contacts.
• Experience working closely with sales and/or CRM systems.
• Background in consulting or talent acquisition industries.
