Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with applications built on Pega Constellation architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Pega platform capabilities, particularly with Constellation UX, and will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Pega applications using Pega Constellation and latest features of Pega Infinity.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment between Blueprint models and Pega implementations.
• Define high-level architecture and design patterns for Pega solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Pega CLSA Certification (mandatory).
• Extensive experience with latest Pega (minimum 8.x) platform.
• Hands-on experience with Blueprint for process modelling and requirement gathering.
• Expertise in Pega Constellation, Case Management, workflow, and Integration.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of emerging PEGA GenAI Features
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks (CS / KYC ) or CDH is a plus
