As our next Partner Growth Manager, you will take ownership of a number of key partnerships, focusing on growing the relationship, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that our partners continue to see Framna as a trusted, long-term collaborator.
You will work closely with Product Delivery Leads and senior stakeholders internally, but your role is clearly focused on the commercial relationship - strengthening partnerships, expanding engagements, and driving long-term value.
What you will do
As a Partner Growth Manager at Framna, you will take ownership of existing partnerships and drive their continued growth.
Because we work with complex, relationship-driven B2B collaborations, your role is not about quick wins. It is about understanding your partners deeply, building trust over time, and identifying opportunities to expand how we work together.
Specifically, you will:
- Own the commercial relationship for a set of key partners
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure partners feel heard, supported, and valued
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell based on partner needs and business context
- Proactively explore how Framna can expand beyond current engagements (new initiatives, capabilities, or areas of collaboration)
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner's strategy, challenges, and goals
- Drive commercial growth by building and executing on account plans and revenue targets
- Identify and connect with new stakeholders within partner organisations to expand our reach
- Collaborate with delivery teams to spot and shape new opportunities
- Represent Framna in partner interactions, events, and ongoing relationship building
Who you are
You are a commercially driven relationship builder who combines structure, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership. You understand that long-term partnerships are built on trust, but also that growth requires initiative, perspective, and the ability to act on opportunities.
We believe you bring:
- Several years of experience in account management, key account management, or similar roles, ideally within partnerships generating 10+ MSEK annually
- Experience working in a consultancy, agency, or complex B2B environment
- A strong track record of growing existing client relationships and driving revenue
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating longer sales or delivery cycles
- Confidence in commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English
You are:
- Relationship-driven, but commercially sharp, you see both people and opportunities
- Proactive in identifying new opportunities within existing partnerships
- Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for growth
- Structured in how you manage accounts, but flexible in how you approach opportunities
- Curious about your partners' business and motivated to understand what drives their success

Please note:For this role, you need to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer relocation.
