We're now looking for aPartner Administrator (50%)to join our Partner Support team and help ensure smooth, high-quality daily operations for our studio partners.

Your mission

As Partner Administrator, you play a key role in supporting our partner studios by building strong, trust-based relationships and being a reliable point of support in their day-to-day work. In this part-time role, you help our partners feel confident and well taken care of by providing clear, structured and timely support.

By keeping information accurate and up to date across the Bruce platform, from schedules and class descriptions to studio presentations, you enable our partners to deliver great experiences to our members. You're someone who naturally spots inconsistencies, patterns or things that could be improved, and you take pride in creating order and clarity.

What you'll do

• Onboard new studios to the Bruce network, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
• Make sure all studio information is correct and up to date, and that studios know how to work in our systems
• Ensure studios are presented correctly in the app, with the right images, class information and descriptions
• Handle booking-related questions and requests from members
• Support schedule updates and daily maintenance for our partner studios
• Assist with studio- and scheduling-related questions
• Write, edit and improve class descriptions and studio presentations
• Prepare and update studio presentation material
• Upload and make basic edits to images
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as need ed

What we want you to bring

• Previous experience, 1-3 years, with administrative or support-focused tasks
• Comfort working in structured digital environments and systems
• Very good written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Bonus if you also speak another Scandinavian language

As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented, and you take pride in working with accuracy and quality. You're service-minded and genuinely enjoy supporting partners in their daily work, while also being comfortable building and maintaining strong, professional relationships. You have a problem-solving mindset and naturally spot when something doesn't look right, whether it's missing information, unclear descriptions or recurring issues - and you don't hesitate to dig in and help fix it. You're curious, quick to learn and comfortable navigating apps and digital tools, and you enjoy collaborating with others to make things work better for everyone.
