The Role
As a Paid Media Analyst at Curamando Sweden, you will work in an operational role where you build hands-on expertise in paid media execution. This is an entry-level position designed for ambitious talent who are eager to grow into a consultancy environment, working alongside experienced colleagues to drive real impact for our clients.
You will support paid media initiatives across a variety of client accounts, learn to translate data into actionable insights, and develop your understanding of how digital marketing drives business growth. You have a genuine interest in digital advertising and are curious about how AI and automation are reshaping the media landscape.
What will you do?
- Support the team in managing and executing paid media campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, Display and Video
- Learn to administer and monitor client budgets under guidance from senior colleagues
- Assist in campaign creation, data analysis, and ongoing performance optimization and explore how AI tools can sharpen both
- Help prepare and present campaign reports and results to clients
- Work across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform
- Collaborate with partners such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn and stay ahead of how they're evolving their AI-powered capabilities
- Contribute ideas and a fresh perspective to team discussions and client work
What do you bring?
Must have:
- YH education (Vocational higher education) in digital marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience from 1-2 years in a relevant role
- Some previous experience with paid social media (SoMe) or paid search, whether from studies, internship, or early career roles
- Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in working with data and numbers
- Interest in AI and how it is changing digital marketing
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Technical Curiosity & "Builder" Mentality
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills - you are comfortable structuring large datasets, using advanced functions to connect data, and turning raw numbers into insights
- A drive to understand the "how" and "why" - You are curious by nature, not afraid to ask questions, challenge with new ideas, and actively seek to learn. You have a natural drive to understand how systems and digital tracking work, and you aren't afraid to look "under the hood" or investigate until you understand the root cause
- A "Builder" mentality - you are a natural problem-solver who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty. Experience or interest in scripting, automation, or "vibe coding" is a plus. We value the drive to develop your own solutions when the standard tools aren't enough
