HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems.

We are currently looking for an Order Manager to strengthen our team and join us in this exiting journey that we have ahead of us. In this role you will be part of the management team for Project Management and lead a team of 9 direct reports. As Order Manger you will be responsible for leading the team responsible for orders within Europe.

How you'll make an impact

As Order Manager, you will be leading the Order team that is responsible for orders within Europe.

Act as a role model by being supportive, handle change with commitment and engage your team to act and perform at their best.

Lead order team to facilitate the execution of projects and always striving for increasing customer satisfaction.

Be responsible for the revenue forecast.

Customer contact, making sure that they receive what they need and ensuring Customer On Time Delivery with the right quality and cost

Be accountable for development and maintenance of your teams

Your background

You hold a university degree in engineering, controlling or equivalent

To be successful in this position, you have held positions within the area of customer support or project management with previous leadership experience

Interpersonal skills with high degree of personal integrity; listening, creative thinking, and communication skills are necessary

Your analytical skills enable you to define and prioritize the most important tasks for the factory and department

You have great social skills, and you contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere

You are a natural problem solver, who enjoys meeting new challenges

A great leadership for us should be characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team

Fluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a merit.
