The opportunity

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Order and Logistics Team. If you're passionate about customer service and operational excellence, this role offers a dynamic environment where you'll manage order quoting, processing, fulfilment, dispatch, and payment support. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order flow and high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate execution.

Step into the heart of cutting-edge power technology at Hitachi Energy's High Power Laboratory in Ludvika, Sweden. The Laboratory is a large test facility for high voltage products with a variety of non-routine electrical and mechanical test procedures. Its main purpose is to perform high quality testing, both in the development of new products, and in certification of the products for the global market. The laboratory is accredited by SWEDAC as an independent testing body for many different standards and norms.

This position is with placement in Ludvika, Sweden.

How you'll make an impact

Provide order management services to internal and external clients, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry to delivery.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order processing by reviewing incoming orders for completeness, entering them promptly, monitoring progress, and resolving issues in line with company standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Support customers with order quoting, processing, and fulfillment, making sure all steps are handled accurately and efficiently.

Assist with order-related documentation, including invoicing and payment follow-up, to support smooth financial transactions.

Continuously look for ways to improve order handling processes and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Be a part of Procurement and Offering

Implement and enhance SAP processes in the laboratory based on previous experience.

Your background

A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer service within a technical or industrial environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) and other order processing tools is highly valuable.

Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients.

A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.

A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving order issues and improving operational workflows.
