Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Ontologist for an exciting assignment focused on AI, semantic models, and knowledge graphs.

What You Will Work On

Design and develop ontologies and semantic knowledge structures

Model business concepts, relationships, rules, and inference patterns

Structure information for AI search, GraphRAG, and agent-based systems

Work with both structured and unstructured enterprise data

Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and data scientists

Support integration of ontologies into AI and knowledge-driven systems

Create documentation and semantic model descriptions

Validate semantic models against business workflows and use cases

Contribute to governance and management of knowledge models

Support AI systems with structured semantic context and knowledge representation

What You Bring

Experience with ontologies and knowledge representation

Strong knowledge of semantic standards including RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL

Experience with ontology management platforms

Understanding of how ontologies are used in AI, RAG, and agentic systems

Experience modeling and structuring complex information

Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, and data teams

Relevant education within information science, computer science, or similar field

Strong analytical and structured mindset

Good communication and collaboration skills
