Our client is now hiring Norwegian-speaking Assistance Coordinators for their alarm centre in Fuengirola.

About the job

As an Assistance Coordinator, you will manage cases for customers with travel insurance worldwide.

Your tasks will include:

Handling incoming calls and emails

Assessing customer needs and insurance coverage

Creating and managing cases in the system

Coordinating treatment and transportation

Working closely with international partners

You must be able to stay calm and create reassurance in situations where customers are often under stress.

The alarm centre operates 24/7.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian and English

Has experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or assistance

Is structured and comfortable with responsibility

Can work independently as well as part of a team

Is flexible and professional
