We're hiring an experienced MEP Site Manager to join a leading construction team on a major Data Center project in Sweden.

This is a contract position with a top-tier client in the high-tech data center sector, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically complex environments.

The Role

• Manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works on site
• Coordinate MEP installation, testing & commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & project deadlines
• Review technical drawings & specifications
• Report progress and manage subcontractor performance
• Collaborate with clients, consultants & internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager on large-scale builds (Data Center experience highly desirable)
• Strong technical understanding of M&E systems
• Excellent coordination, communication & leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sweden
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification
