Assignment Description

We are looking for a Medallia Platform Expert

What You Will Work On

Manage and maintain the Medallia platform for customer feedback and surveys

Optimize platform performance and ensure high availability

Develop and implement new features and enhancements

Analyze customer feedback data to improve insights and reporting

Collaborate with CRM and Customer Experience teams

Support continuous improvement of customer feedback processes

Ensure best practices in platform usage and configuration

What You Bring / Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform

Medallia Admin Certification (mandatory)

Medallia Product Certification (mandatory)

Strong understanding of customer experience and CRM systems

Experience managing and enhancing feedback platforms

Ability to analyze and translate customer data into insights
